Make a delicious Tabbouli Salad:
You probably have heard of the name Tabbouli. Tabbouli is one of the authentic and popular salads in Arab countries whose origins are Syria and Lebanon. Tabbouli salad is usually served as a tasty meal alongside the meat dishes and sometimes hummus. The main ingredients of this salad is parsley and bulgur and many fresh vegetables and herbs.This dish is so popular among Lebanese that it is called the first Saturday of July as National Tabbouli Day.

Tabbouli Recipe :
2 bunches of fresh parsley (chopped)
3 large chopped tomatoes (tomatoes without skin is better)
4 chopped onions
2 tablespoons small bulgur
1 tablespoon dried mint
2 tablespoons salt
Half of a cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
Step 2 :
Preparing bulgur :Add some lemon juice to the bulgur.The ratio of bulgur and lemon juice should be one to two. Wait 20 to 25 minutes to soften bulgur. If you are not a fan of sourness,soak the bulgur in water.
Step 3 :
Mix the ingredients:
Now take the bowl you want to serve the salad in and mix all ingredients in it. Add the parsley,tomatoes,onion,bulgur and dried mint and mix well.
When mixing is finished you should dressing the salad with salt,the rest of the lemon juice and olive oil.
Your Tabbouli salad is ready.

Hummus Recipe :
This homemade hummus recipe is quick and easy to make and,super smooth and creamy,and tastes so fresh and flavorful.
1 can chickpeas,rinsed and drained
1/3 cup good- quality tahini
2-4 tablespoons cold water,or more if neede
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 medium cloves garlic,peeled and smashed
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
Add tahini,cold water,olive oil,cumin,garlic and lemon juice to a food processor. Puree smooth.
Add in the chickpeas. Puree for 3-4 minutes, pausing halfway to scrape down the sides of the bowl,until the hummus is smooth. If it seems too thick, add in another tablespoon or two of water.
Taste and season with additional salt, cumin, and lemon juice if needed.
Serve immediately, garnished with your desired toppings. Or transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
You can add optional toppings such as extra drizzle of olive oil, chopped fresh parsley,sprinkle of ground sumac or paprika,toasted pine nuts.
You can use chickpeas that have been cooked from scratch : Either in the instant pot or on the stovetop. I recommend overcooking them a bit to slightly soften the chickpeas and loosen up the skins.
You can use hummus in burgers and sandwiches as a spread for extra flavor or wraps it,hummus makes a great spread in wraps or gyros. You can also mix in some extra lemon juice,water and oil,and hummus can double as a delicious salad dressing. Similarly,just thin the hummus out with some water,and it can be used as a sauce for hot noodles or cold pasta salads.
